Abstract
Objective To analyze and summarize the reasons of prescription dispensing errors in western medicine pharmacy and take some precautions to ensure the medication safety of patients.Methods 110 cases of prescription dispensing errors in our pharmacy from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed by retrospective analysis.Results There are 110 cases of prescription dispensing errors in our pharmacy from 2011-2013.The number of dispensing errors had decreased year after year.The main category of prescription dispensing error was drug quantities acci-dents(35.5％).The main causes of prescription dispensing error was caused by pharmacist(69.1％).Conclusion We should strengthen management,improving sense of responsibility and professional qualities,standardizing the management,improving the environment,promoting the quality control circle activities and so on,and ensure the medication safety of patients.关键词
