盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效观察OA
Atomizing Inhalation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Combined with Budesonide Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Children with Bronchiolitis
目的 探讨盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效和安全性.方法 将100例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿采用随机数字表法分为两组,均给予祛痰止咳、吸氧、抗炎等对症治疗以及良好护理,治疗组患儿在上述治疗基础上加盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较观察两组患儿喘憋、咳嗽缓解时间、喘鸣音和啰音消失时间、住院时间以及治愈率.结果 治疗组患儿喘憋、咳嗽缓解时间、喘鸣音和啰音消失时间以及住院时间明显少于对照组,治愈率治疗组患儿明显优于对照组,差异…查看全部>>
