摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of topiramate combined with sodium valproate in treatment of children with epilepsy.Methods 98 epileptic patients were randomly selected in 2010 February to 2014 June in our hospital as the research object,according to the draw children were divided into control group(49 cases)and treatment group(49 cases),the control group were taking topiramate monotherapy,in treatment group were taken combined topiramate and valproic acid sodium in the treatment of adverse reactions,and compare the two groups of children with treatment efficacy.Results The treatment group in the total efficiency was 95.9％,control group the total effective rate was 79.6％,the difference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05);the control group of children with adverse reaction incidence was 8.2％in the treatment group,the adverse reaction incidence was 6.1％,no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion Topiramate combined with sodium valproate in treatment of epilepsy in children with obvious curative effect,no obvious adverse reaction.关键词
