摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of malignant tumor of fever.Methods 58 cases of malignant tumor patients with fever were divided into treatment group and control group,each 29 cases respectively,Xiaochaihu Decoction and routine western medicine antifebrile treatment,analysis of therapeutic effects.Results The patients in the treatment group were fever time was shorter than the control group,the total efficiency of treatment was higher than the control group,the adverse reaction is lower than that of control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of malignant tumor patients with fever,antipyretic speed,no adverse reaction,the effect is obvious.关键词
