摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule Combined with narrowband ultraviolet irradiation (NB-UVB)on the clinical effect of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 67 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups were given general treatment,the patients in the treatment group besides general treatments,the other given Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in the treatment of,and irradiation of NB-UVB;the control group patients were treated with NB-UVB plus.Group two patients were treated for 4 weeks.Results The treatment group patients pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05); the patients in the treatment group was better than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu capsule combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of PHN has obvious therapeutic efficacy.关键词
