摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol and felodipine in treatment of simple systolic hypertension in the elderly patients.Methods 142 simple systolic hypertension in elderly patients were selected in our hospital in 2012 August to 2014 August were cases,patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each 71 cases,patients in control group were treated with metoprolol,test group were treated with felodipine,compared two groups of patients with blood pressure levels and adverse circumstances.Results Systolic blood pressure was significantly lower than that of the control group in the test group after treatment,diastolic blood pressure,the difference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05);comparison of two groups of patients with adverse reactions,no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion Felodipine has obvious effect on the contraction of isolated systolic hypertension in patients with pressure,more suitable for the treatment of diseases.关键词
