Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in elderly diabetic patients with hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia treatment.Methods From 2011 January to 2012 January in our hospital to accept the treatment of elderly diabetic patients with hypertension and hyperuricemia in 90 patients as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into control group and the classification of the investigation group.The control group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets treatment,the investigation group of patients in the control group based on the combined Irbesartan Tablets treatment.Comparison of treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results Investigation group of patients,the total effective rate was 100.0％,significantly higher than 77.8％in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Elderly diabetic patients with hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia given irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in treatment,obvious effect,effectively reduce the blood pressure,protect renal function in patients with.关键词
