Abstract
Objective To investigate the difference of drug adverse reaction incurred from two doses of metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina.Methods 160 elderly patients with unstable angina were chosen and divided into 2 groups including control group(80 patients)with metoprolol for (123 mg/d)and HR for 61 times/min and observation group(80 patients)with metoprolol for (171 mg/d)and HR for 50 times/min;and the clinical main event rate and adverse reactions occurrence with folowing up of both groups were compared.Results The clinical main event rate of observation group was significant better than control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions occurrence between 2 groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Larger doses of metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina can efficiently improve the long-term prognosis and reduce the risk of adverse drug reaction.关键词
