摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of sedation of dexmedetomidine spinal epidural anesthesia in myomectomy sedation during operation.Methods Colected 64 cases of uterine myoma resection in patients with data,using random paralel control group were divided into two groups,patients in the control group received remifentanil anesthesia,patients in experimental group received dexmedetomidine combined spinal epidural anesthesia,compared two groups of patients with clinical sedation effect.Results In experimental group,operation 30min BIS and HR was significantly lower than that in control group,Ramsay score was significantly higher than that of control group,difference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The sedative effect of dexmede-tomidine spinal epidural anesthesia in resection of myoma of uterus is definite,clinical attention should be paid.关键词
