摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of enalapril and indapamide in treatment of essential hypertension.Methods Choose 60 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 March were as the object of study,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each 30 cases,patients in control group were treated with enalapril treatment,patients in experimental group on the basis of combined with indapamide in the treatment.Comparison of two groups of patients with clinical efficacy.Results In the test group the total effective rate was 93.3％,significantly higher than 80.0％in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Have a good curative effect of enalapril and indapamide in the treatment of patients with hypertension.关键词
