摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate trimebutine maleate combined with oryzanol in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome efficacy and safety.Methods We selected 50 cases of patients with irritable bowel syndrome,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each 25 cases,observation combined with oryzanol treated with trimebutine maleate group of patients,the control group was treated with trimebutine maleate in the treatment of patients,treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the observation group treatment is better than the control group,and the adverse reaction is lower than that of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Trimebutine maleate combined with oryzanol in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome can effectively improve the effect,and high safety.关键词
