Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anatomical locking compression plate technology and reconstruction plate in the treatment of middle clavicle comminuted fracture.Methods 82 cases of clavicle in our department from 2008 January to 2013 December in the treatment of comminuted fracture were divided into locking plate group and the reconstruction plate group,respectively,and anatomic locking compression plate and reconstru-ction plate.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results Locking plate group of patients,the excelent and good rate,amount of bleeding during operation,operation time,hospitalization time and healing time of fracture,complications and reconstruction plate group,the difference was not statisticaly significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion Anatomical locking compression plate and reconstruction plate can be effective in the treatment of middle clavicle comminuted fracture.关键词
