摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the predisposing factors of ear nose throat infection after surgical operation.Methods A total of 813 patients in our hospital otolaryngology surgery operation treatment of patients as the research object,the statistics of the postoperative infection rate and distribution of parts,and the inducing factors Logistic regression analysis.Results 813 patients had postoperative infection in 32 cases,the sites of infection of respiratory system,urinary system,digestive system and other.Operation site,operation time,use of antibiotics time,hospitalization time and infection are the predisposing factors leading to infection of otolaryngology surgery after operation(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the respiratory system,urinary system infection otorhinolaryngologic surgical operation,medical workers should be strict aseptic operation,reasonable use of antibiotics,as far as possible to shorten the operation time and hospitalization time.关键词
