Abstract
Objective To investigate the pharmacist intervention in clinical rational drug use in clinical improvement effect.Methods Positive pharmacist intervention was started in March 2013 in our hospital;and the hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,drug cost and irrational drug use rate before and after implementation were compared.Results The hospitalization time,hospitalization cost and drug cost after implementation were statisticaly significant better than before implementation(P＜0.05).The irrational drug use rate after implementation were statisticaly significant lower than before implementation(P＜0.05).Conclusion Positive pharmacist intervention can effectively improve the rational drug use in the clinic effect,reduce the economic burden of patients.关键词
