摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the evidence-based nursing in the prevention of catheter induced application effect of iatrogenic infection in patients with indweling neural Department of Internal Medicine.Methods 76 patients with routine indweling catheters were divided into control group and observation group,each 38 cases,were treated with conventional nursing and evidence-based nursing,compared two groups of patients with iatrogenic infection positive rate and detection rate of bacteria.Results The observation group patients with iatrogenic infection rate and the positive rate of bacteria detection in urine samples was lower than that of control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Evidence based nursing can effectively prevent catheter induced iatrogenic infection,ensure the safety of the patients with indweling catheter.关键词
