摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of PICC management in intermission of chemotherapy in breast cancer.Methods 50 breast cancer patients in our hospital were selected,the patients were randomly divided into outpatient group 25 cases and non clinic group 25 cases,two groups were treated with chemotherapy in the treatment of intermittent chemotherapy with tube,al the rest home,where the non outpatient group by itself in the home dressing,dressing to hospital outpatient group regularly and give PICC management of intermittent period.Rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups planned extubation.Results Patients in the outpatient planned decannulation rate was 92.0％,nursing satisfaction was 96.0％,significantly higher than that of non clinic in groups of 76.0％,80.0％,the diference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application value of PICC management of intermittent chemotherapy with higher in breast cancer.关键词
