摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms before prevent rebleeding.Methods In our hospital in 42 cases of cerebral artery in 2013 March to 2014 March were rupture were included in the study,patients wil be in accordance with the random packet mode is divided into observation group and control group,patients in study group were treated with comprehensive nursing,the control of routine nursing group patients were observed and compared between the two groups,patients with rebleeding,mortality,disability.Results Patients in the observation group the rate of rebleeding,mortality,disability rate was lower than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysms,happen in order to prevent rebleeding rate,must adopt the comprehensive nursing measures.关键词
