摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of holistic nursing in children with bronchial asthma.Methods Randomly divide 134 cases of bronchial asthma in 2013 June to 2014 June in our department were into two groups,each of 67 cases,the observation group with the holistic nursing,the control group were treated by routine nursing care.The two groups were compared the effect of rehabilitation and hospitalization time and family satisfaction.Results The observation group with 3 discharged,6 months of recovery rate,average hospitalization time and children of family satisfaction were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing care for children,To effectively improve the satisfaction rate and family rehabilitation,To reduce the duration of hospitalization,There is important significance to improve the quality of life ofpatients and prognosis.关键词
