摘要
Abstract
Objective Analysis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery Wai characteristics and experience of care.Methods The clinical data of 75 patients with randomly selected from 2013 July to 2014 July in our hospital for laparoscopic cholecystectomy,were in the perioperative application of nursing intervention.Comparison of quality of life in patients with pain scores before and after nursing.Results In 75 cases the score of each index of the quality of life of patients was higher than that of nursing care before,the difference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05);and the VAS score was significantly lower than the care before,the difference was statisticaly significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy perioperative application of nursing intervention can enhance the quality of life of patients and reduce pain,can effectively improve the prognosis of the patients condition.关键词
