摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application of ultrasound diagnosis of ovarian torsion.Methods A retrospective analysis of ultrasound diagnosis of ovarian pedicle in 2012 July to 2014 July in our station,the clinical data of 45 patients with torsion.Results In 45 patients,5 cases occurred in normal ovary,accounted for 11.1％,40 cases of patients with ovarian cancer,accounting for 88.9％.Among them 3 patients were misdiagnosed,accounted for 6.7％;the remaining 42 patients underwent ultrasound was suggestive of ovarian pedicle torsion or incomplete torsion,which reflects the diagnostic accordance rate of ultrasound was 93.3％.Conclusion Torsion has high accuracy by using color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of ovarian pedicle,to highlight the value of clinical application.关键词
