地屈孕酮与黄体酮联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗先兆流产的疗效观察
Observation of the Curative effect of Progesterone and Progesterone and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin Treatment of Threatened Abortion

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of dydrogesterone or progesterone combined with human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)on threatened abortion.Methods A total of 80 patients with threatened abortion were randomly divided into study group and control group.The pregnancy outcomes, clinical symptoms relief time,change of hormone level and adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Results Patients in the study group, the success rate was significantly higher than the control group,and the bleeding time and lumbar pain relief time were significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);two groups of patients after treatment with progesterone and HCG levels were significantly increased, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),progesterone and HCG levels in patients with recovery time were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.01);research incidence of adverse reactions in patients compared with the control group,the difference was not statisticaly significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Dydrogesterone combined with HCG has a better clinical effects on threatened abortion makes it worth for clinical application.关键词
