Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of uterine myomectomy pregnancy in patients with uterine leiomyoma.Methods From 2013 January to 2014 December in our hospital 64 cases of myoma of uterus pregnancy patients,which were randomly divided into two groups,each 32 cases,experimental group patients with myoma of uterus,the control group were treated by conventional measures.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The two groups of patients with intraoperative bleeding,postoperative 24 h difference of Hb between the volume,after the operation,there were no significant differences(P>0.05);patients in experimental group the total effective rate was 96.9%,better than 84.4% in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Uterine fibroids resection can be carried out simultaneously with cesarean section in pregnancy, myoma of uterus in patients with good application effect.关键词
