医用透明质酸钠预防人工流产术后远期并发症的临床疗效
Clinical Efficacy of Sodium Hyaluronate in the Prevention of Long-term Complications after Artificial Abortion
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate in the prevention of long-term complications after artificial abortion.Methods 360 patients were randomly divided into two groups of artificial abortion,180 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional oral antibiotics to prevent infection, patients in the observation group on the basis of using sodium hyaluronate.Comparison of the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results Patients in the observation group duration of abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,postoperative bleeding was lower than the control group,and menstrual recovery time earlier than the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);the observation group of patients with intrauterine adhesions occurred at a rate of 1.7%,significantly lower than the control group 15%,the diference was statisticaly significant(P<0.01).Conclusion After artificial abortion with hyaluronic acid sodium treatment,can effectively prevent the occurrence of intrauterine adhesions.关键词
