摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effects differences of zinc gluconate and zinc lactate in adjuvant treatment of acute diarrhea in children.Methods Selection of children with acute diarrhea in 160 cases,which were randomly divided into A group and B group,each 80 cases,the use of zinc gluconate and zinc lactate respectively on the basis of routine comprehensive treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of children with diarrhea stop time.Results The clinical curative effect of group B was better than that of A group,and diarrhea stopping time was significantly shorter in the A group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with zinc gluconate treatment,zinc lactate in adjuvant treatment of acute diarrhea in children possess better clinical effects.关键词
