Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound guided brachial plexus nerve block in pediatric department of orthopedics operation.Methods Select 164 cases in our hospital for Department of orthopedics operation as the research object,which were randomly divided into two groups,82 cases in each.Research group of patients treated with ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block,the patients in the control group were given traditional brachial plexus block,we compared two groups of patients with anesthesia.Results We compared two groups of patients with operation time,anesthesia onset time,duration and the number of cases of complete block,the differ- ences were statisticaly significant(alP<0.05).In the process of anesthesia,the patients in the control group the incidence of complications was 6.1% in the study group;the incidence of complications was 1.2%,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Brachial plexus nerve block guided by ultrasound can position accurately, better in anesthetic effect,more suitable for the needs of the pediatric orthopaedic surgery.关键词
