Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of goat milk powder in the prevention of milk protein alergy in infants.Methods In our hospital diagnosed 43 cases of milk protein alergy in children as the research object,using goat formula replacement therapy for 6 months,compared before and after treatment of alergic symptoms,blood eosinophil count(EC),serum total IgE(T IgE),IgE(CMP IgE)milk protein index and 1,6 months of treatment.Results Pruritus, constipation,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting,irritability and nose alergy clinical symptoms after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);EC,T,CMP,IgE in IgE level after treatment was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05); treatment after 6 months the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of 1 months after treatment, the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Goat milk infant milk protein alergy treatment can relieve alergy symptoms, reduce alergic reaction,can obtain more obvious effects after long time treatment.关键词
