Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing in patients with heart failure of bedside continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) in the treatment of nursing effect.Methods 90 cases of heart failure were selected from 2013 April to 2014 May treated in our hospital as the research object,they were randomly divided into control group and observ- ation group,each 45 cases.The control group were given routine nursing in hemodialysis room,the observation group patients by nursing staff throughout the colaborative nursing care,compared two groups of patients with nursing the effect and satisfaction of nursing work.Results The nursing quality score in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);satisfaction of patients in observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing application in heart failure in the bed al the CRRT treatment in clinical effect is significant,not only can be in great extent improve nursing quality and patients satisfaction of nursing work,and is helpful for the rehabilitation and treatment of the patients, therefore is worthy of clinical application.关键词
