Abstract
Disulfuram-like reaction is a kind of discomfort or poisoning reaction which arises when alcohol is administered concomitant with the other drugs like cephalosporins , causing by accumulation of acetaldehyde , mainly shows facial flushing , headache , abdominal pain, sweating, palpitations, shortness of breath and other symptoms , and even induces shock or death.This article summarized and ana-lyzed drug disulfiram-like reactions , and also investigated research on the causes , put forward some countermeasures for prevention and treatment of drug disulfiram-like reactions.关键词
