Clinical Observation of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream Combined With Hydrocortisone Ointment Butyrate in the Treatment of Infantile Eczema

Abstract
Objectve:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream combined with hydrocortisone oint -ment butyrate in the treatment of infantile eczema.Methods:A randomized controlled open trial was performed.The treatment group was ap-plied with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream once every morning and hydrocortisone ointment butyrate once every night alternatively .The control group was treated with hydrocortisone ointment butyrate twice per day only.The variations of the rash were recorded and evaluated in the return visit of 7,14 days after medication and 2 weeks after recovery.Results:60 patients were equally enrolled into each group ,the cure rate with 81.67%、63.33%;and total effective rate with 90.00%、75.00%, which the treament group were significantly higer than those in control group.Also the treatment group had advantages to control group in recurrence rate and the time of producing effectiveness.Conclusion:The combined treament of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream with hydrocortisone ointment butyrate in infan -tile eczema is a very effective and safe way.关键词
