摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research the status quo of clinical application of antibiotics which are classified as “special use”category for inpatient ,and to provide a reference basis for the rationalization and standardization of clinical use of antibiotics .Methods:The antibacte-rial drugs for special purpose used in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were analyzed statistically in terms of drug consumption sum ,sales a-mount, DDDs through hospital information management system.Results:Special use level of antibiotics sales amount is increasing year by year ,but the proportion of antibiotics in total sales amount and the proportion of total sales accounted for the amount of drug control ra -tio did not change significantly or even decline;the amount of sales ,DDDs and constituent ratio of monocyclic βlactams were decreased , while the compound class of βlactam amide enzyme inhibitors and βlactam antibiotics and shows obvious trend of rising;carbapenem an-tibiotics ratio increased year by year , the proportion of biapenem showed a rising trend.Conclusion:The use of antibiotics of special use category is basically reasonable , but the use of some varieties of still need to regulate.关键词
