Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of Amphotericin B combined with Aspirin on candida albicans biofilms in vitro.Methods:In vitro, a 96-well polymethylmethacrylate strips as the carrier established model of biofilm.Biofilm was identified by Silver nitrate stai-ning and was counted by crystal violet staining.Results:The result show that Amphotericin B (125 μg· mL-1 ) combined with aspirin (200 μg· mL-1) can significantly reduce the candida albicans biofilms compared with Amphotericin B (125 μg· mL-1) (P<0.05).Conclusion:The aspirin at pharmacological concentration (200 μg· mL-1 ) can significantly enhance the inhibition of Amphotericin B (125 μg· mL-1 ) on candida albicans biofilms in vitro.关键词
