摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the use of oral hypoglycemic agents by outpatient in the hospital during 2010~2012 , so as to pro-vide preference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:The information of various types of oral hypoglycemic by outpatient during 2010~2012 from the HIS system was obtained , the using frequency and cost per day were statistically analyzed and compared.Results:Acar-bose of sales amount for three consecutive years first row.Metformin of use frequency increased year by year , 2 years in first row, and the cost per day minimum.The serial number ratio greater than 1 is metformin.Conclusion:The use of oral hypoglycemic agent in the hospi-tal is reasonable , metformin of use frequency is high , conform to the principle of safe , effective and economic medication.关键词
