Abstract
Objective: By monitoring the results blood concentration of taking tacrolimus(FK506) in liver transplantation patients toexplore the factors affecting the tacrolimus blood concentrations.Methods: Screening the patients undergoing liver transplantation in ourhospital from 2010 to 2012, survey the gender, age, the actual number of days in hospital, main diagnosis and other diagnosis and blooddrug concentration and dose of FK506.Results: There are significant difference between the group within 14 days and 14 days later of thedose(P <0.05) and blood drug concentration(P <0.001) of FK506 in liver transplantation patients.Gender has a certain effect on theblood concentration of FK506 in the same time(P <0.05).Within 14 days after transplantation, the dose of group A is less than groupB and C, blood concentration in group C is higher than group A and group B.In 14 days later after transplantation, the dose and theblood concentration of FK506 in group C are higher than group A and B.Age has a certain effect on the blood concentration of tacrolimusin the same time (P <0.05), Within 14 days after transplantation, There are no difference at dose of group C compared with group Aand B, but the blood concentration of group C is higher than group A and B (P <0.05).In 14 days later after transplantation, there aresignificant difference at dose and blood concentration group C compared with group A and B.Administration mainly for the first was 0.5and 1 mg・kg-1 , accounting for 87.80% of the total cases, the blood concentration mainly was 0 ~5 μg・L-1 , accounting for 73.17% ofthe total cases.Conclusion: There are many factors affecting the tacrolimus blood concentrations liver transplantation patients.The variousfactors of tacrolimus blood concentration should be taken into account in order to control the blood concentration in a ideal range, infavor of improving the survival rate of liver transplant patients.关键词
