复方阿胶颗粒对缩宫素致大鼠痛经样反应的影响
Effect of Fu Fang E Jiao Ke Li on Oxytocin Induced Dysmenorrhea-like Reaction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the mechanism of fu fang e jiao ke li( FFEJ) relieve menstrual symptoms of dysmenorrheal by FFEJ on oxytocin induced dysmenorrhea-like reaction.Methods:To observe FFEJ on oxytocin induced uterine smooth muscle in vitro contrac-tion of violent,and inhibition on spasmodic dysmenorrhea.Results:FFEJ could strongly inhibit the autonomic contraction activities of free ratuterus in those uterine smooth muscle in vitro induced by oxytocin.It also could significantly decrease the torsion times and prolong the incubation period writhing.Conclusion:FFEJ can relieve spasmodic dysmenorrheal and pain.关键词
