Abstract
Objective:To establish an high performance liqulid chromatography( HPLC) method for content determination of vinpoce-tine in vinpocetine injection.Methods:The analysis was performed on Luna C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column.The mobile phrase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2 mol· L-1ammonium acetate solution(58∶42),with a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1,and detection wavelength at 280 nm.Results:There was a good linear relationship for vinpocetine in the range of 40.2~301.8μg· mL-1.The average recovery rate was 100.00%and the RSD was 0.04%.The detection limit and the quantifition of vinpocetine were 0.017μg· mL-1 and 0.053μg· mL-1 respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and it can be used for determination of vinpocetine injection.关键词
