摘要

Abstract

MicroRNAs ( miRs) ,small non-coding single-stranded RNAs of 18~25 nucleotides in length, play a critical role in the in-itiation,progression and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC).In recent years,many kinds of miRNA regulators were discovered, and were confirmed effective in the treatment of various malignancy.These prompt that miRs could become new targets of molecular targe-ting treatment in HCC.This review focuses on new progress in miRs which play an important role in molecular targeting treatment of HCC.
