Abstract
Objective:To summarize the causes of prescription dispensing accidents in outpatient pharmacy, propose the prescription dispensing, in order to improve the quality of work.Methods:The category and causes on 46 cases prescription dispensing in our outpa-tient pharmacy from 2012 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The main category of accident of prescription dispensing were similarity name, appearance similarly, similar location, different forms of the same drug, different specification error of the same drug and the wrong quantity of drugs, and so on.The main causes of accidents of prescription dispensing were as follows:42 cases (86.9%) caused by pharmacists;4 cases ( 8.69%) caused by physicians;2 cases ( 4.34%) caused by other reasons.Conclusion: We should strengthen management,improve sense of responsibility professional qualities and focus on every detail in work to eliminate accidents of prescription dispensing.关键词
