重症手足口病患儿预后及其影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the prognosis and prognostic factors analysis of the children with severe hand foot and mouth disease.Method:The clinical data of 125 children with severe hand foot in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,observed the prognosis and related factors on the prognosis of the patients were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Result:All the patients were cured or improved and discharged.During the follow-up of 6-12 months,no obvious mental retardation,epilepsy, paralysis and other serious complications found during follow-up,12 patients were in critical condition,brought great impact on the quality of life of the patients.The clinical data of 12 cases of single factor analysis found that,for the first time diagnosis for hand foot and mouth disease,referral number,total course of disease,poor prognosis of children with mental patients were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis found that, referral number of times >3,total course and children to the hospital spirit were independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reduce the number of visits of children,give positive fever,anti-inflammatory therapy,shorten the patients,is the main measure to improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
