摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the recent efficacy of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis treatment to short sight.Method: 220 patient (430 eyes) with short sight were selected as objects of this study. They were assigned into three groups according to degrees of refraction. All patients were given excimer laser in situ keratomileusis treatment. We had follow-up to observe vision, improvement of degrees of refraction and occurrence of complications of the three groups after operation.Result: After operation, visual acuity of the 220 patients had an obvious promotion. There were significant differences in visual acuity of patients before and after surgery (P<0.05). In the half year’s follow-up of the three groups after surgery, the visual recovery of group A and group B were obviously better than that of group C (P<0.05). After surgery, the distribution of residual refractive error in group A and group B was significantly better than that of group C, and the differences were obvious (P<0.05). After surgery, among the 430 eyes, there were 5 complained of glare, 1 undercorrection -1.00 D, 2 overcorrection +1.50 D, 3 cornea flap shift, 4 high-pressure eye, 1 retinal detachment, 8 acute conjunctivitis infection and no other serious complications occurred. Conclusion: Applying excimer laser in situ keratomileusis treatment to patients of short sight has obvious recent efficacy, especially for those who has short sight below 12.00 D. Efficacy and safety are both guaranteed. Excimer laser in situ keratomileusis can be a choice for clinical treatment of short sight.关键词
