Abstract
Objective: To explore the application of PDCA management in the trachea off of endotracheal anesthesia recovery room.Method: 168 patients with tracheal intubation general anesthesia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group contained 84 cases, the control group was given routine care, included the transfer of patients, vital signs monitoring, help patients extubation; the observation group was used PDCA management on the basis of the control group, it mainly contained four steps: planning stage, implementation phase, check phase and processing stage. The clinical effect of two groups after nursing were compared.Result: The trachea expulsion rate in the observation and the control group were 0, 6.0%; the anesthesia recovery room residence time were (78.51 ± 26.83) min, (64.50 ± 22.04) min, these indicators between the two groups were compared, the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The anesthesia recovery room with high risk, and trachea shedding is a common complication in patients, it is serious threat to life and health of patients, PDCA can reduce the probability of anesthesia recovery room off the trachea through continuous and dynamic quality improvement, it can reduce the anesthesia recovery room residence time.关键词
