孟鲁司特联合舒利迭和单用舒利迭治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效比较

Abstract
Objective: To compare therapeutic efficacy and safety of montelukast combine with seretide and alone seretide in the treatment of patients with cough variant asthma.Method:72 patients with cough variant asthma were divided into two groups according to random number table method: the control group of 36 patients was treated with single inhalation of seretide, the treatment group of 36 patients was treated with montelukast on the basis of the control group, two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy and lung function changes in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Result: FEV1% pred, PEF% pred and cough symptom scores in two groups of patients were significantly improved after treatment than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group (t=2.6380, 2.2572, 3.6836,P<0.05). The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (X2=4.5714, P<0.05).Conclusion:Seretide plus montelukast on patients with cough variant asthma can enhance and accelerate therapeutic effect, without increasing the adverse reactions.关键词
