乳晕边缘切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of areola incision edge in the treatment of benign breast tumor. Method:74 cases of benign breast tumor for surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2011 to May 2013 were divided into observation group and control group according hospitalization times,38 cases in the observation group and 36 cases in the control group.The observation group were given the edge of the areola incision treatment,the control group were given traditional open incision treatment. Surgery effect,scarring after surgery and breast-feeding of two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group ,the observation group were no wound hematoma,more secretive surgical incision and less scarring.The difference were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05). Breastfeeding,bruising were no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The edge of the areola incision incision is a good way in benign breast tumor resection and have broad application prospects.关键词
