Abstract
Objective:To explore the risk factors for chronic diseases on impacts of the floating population abnormal metabolic indexes.Method:According to the 302 survey of chronic disease monitoring data of floating population in Yixiu district of Anqing city in 2012,and the relationship between smoking,lack of exercise,excessive drinking, overweight,central obesity and fasting blood glucose and blood lipid abnormality were analyzed.Result:Smoking rate, lack of exercise rate,excessive drinking rate,overweight rate,central obesity rate of male floating population were 36.9%,82.1%,26.3%,53.1%,38.0%,were significantly higher than those of female(0,70.7%,0.8%,30.9%, 21.1%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Excessive drinking rate,central obesity rate of fasting glucose abnormalities were significantly higher than those of normal fasting blood glucose,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Smoking rate,overweight rate,central obesity rate of high density lipoprotein abnormalities were significantly higher than those of normal high density lipoprotein,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:The male floating population is the focus of the all kinds of chronic disease prevention.Excessive drinking,central obesity and other risk factors for chronic diseases have significant effect on the fasting blood glucose and blood lipid level of the floating population.关键词
