Abstract
Objective:To investigate the level of self-directed learning ability in clinical nurses at a second class hospital and analyze its influencing factors,in order to provide evidence for continuing nursing education. Method:176 clinical nurses at a second class hospital were surveyed by general information questionnaire and nursing staff self-directed learning ability scale. The data were analyzed with Independent-Sample T Test,One-Way ANOVA,and multiple regression analysis. Result:The total and average score of the self-directed learning ability were(112.57±16.44)scores and(3.31±0.48)scores respectively;the education degree,marital status and learning goals were the influencing factors of self-directed learning ability. Conclusion:Head nurses should make targeted nursing continuing education plans according to these factors,in order to improve clinical nurse’s self-directed learning ability and the overall quality of nurses.关键词
