Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of a new nursing mode in which patients participate actively on the negative emotion and life quality of discharged patients with laryngeal cancer.Method:69 cases included in the standard of laryngeal cancer postoperative patients with mood disorders were selected by convenience sampling method,the patients were divided into research group(n=36)and control group(n=33),The research group received both routine nursing and participated actively in nursing.The control group only received routine nursing. The differences of negative emotion and life quality were compared between the two groups. Result:The levels of negative emotion in the research group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression were(15.58±6.78)and(19.50±6.52), while that of the control group were(15.58±6.78)and(19.50±6.52),the differences were statistical significance between the two groups(t=3.17,4.87,P<3.17). The scores of the research group in pain,appearance,entertainment, work,swallowing,communication were(88.56±11.24),(86.57±18.31),(87.81±10.32),(83.94±12.45), (81.76±8.97),(81.32±13.65),while that of the control group were(81.31±14.75),(77.24±19.75), (80.34±14.28),(75.81±15.84),(74.41±14.86),(73.84±14.81). The differences were statistical significance between the two groups(t=2.28,2.03,2.47,2.36,1.86,2.18,P<0.05). Conclusion:Participated actively in nursing may reduce anxiety and depression,increase the quality of life of the patients.关键词
