Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent plasma transurethral resection.Method:198 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent plasma transurethral resection were randomly divided into the comprehensive group and the conventional group according to the number of parity hospital,99 cases in each groups.The conventional group was given conventional care measures,the comprehensive group was given comprehensive measures based on psychological care, which was based on conventional care.The postoperative effects and complications of the two groups were recorded.And the long-term effects between the two groups were compared.Result:The bladder irrigation time,indwelling catheter time and hospital stay of the comprehensive group were(21.7±6.8)h,(5.3±0.9)d,(5.9±1.2)d,they were significantly less than the conventional group,the incidence of bladder spasm was 9.1%,it was significantly lower than 21.2%of the conventional group,the postoperative complication rate of comprehensive group was 19.2%,it was significantly lower than 37.4%of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3-month follow-up,the residual urine volume and prostate symptom scores of comprehensive group were significantly lower than the conventional group,and the maximum flow rate and quality of life score were significantly higher than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of patients,shorten recovery time after surgery,reduce complications and improve surgical effect,and also improve long-term surgery effect and the life quality of patients.关键词
