摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the impact of TCM constitution nursing on DD,PT,APIT,TT,FBG and BNP of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart blood stasis.And to discuss the mechanism about improving the hypercoagulable state of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart blood stasis.Method:102 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart blood stasis were divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was treated by Aspirin tablets,and in addition,the test group was treated by Aspirin tablets and TCM constitution nursing for two courses(4 weeks as a course).And the two groups patients’DD,PT,APIT,TT,FBG and BNP before and after treatment were observed.Result:There were no significant difference between the two groups in DD,PT,APIT, TT,FBG and BNP factors before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment there were significant difference between the two groups in PT,APTT,FBG,TT,DD and BNP factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM constitution nursing can effectively prolong the PT,APTT ,TT and FBG factors,reduce the DD and BNP factors,improve hypercoagulable state of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart blood stasis,and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.关键词
