p53在骨关节炎软骨组织中的表达及与关节软骨细胞自噬的关系研究
The Expression of p53 in Osteoarthritis Cartilage Tissue and the Research of Relationship with the Articular Cartilage Cell Autophagy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of p53 in osteoarthritis and the correlation with autophagy of articular chondrocytes.Method:Real time PCR and Immunohistochemical methods were used to determine the expression of p53 and Beclin1 of articular chondroeytes of osteoarthritis from 20 patients with the osteoarthritis group and 10 patients with the normal control group and the correlation between them was analyzed.Result:Expression of p53 in the OA group was significantly higher than the normal control group(P<0.05).Expression of Beclin1 in the OA group was significantly lower than the normal control group(P<0.01).It had negative correlation between the p53 and Beclin1 in OA articular chondrocytes(r=-0.629,P<0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of p53 in osteoarthritis can inhibit autophagy cartilage cells,weaken the cartilage cell resistance to apoptosis,and promote the apoptosis of cartilage cells.关键词
