穴位神经治疗儿童孤独症睡眠障碍的临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Han’s Acupoint Nerve Stimulator in the Treatment of Somnipathy of Autistic Children

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of Han’s Acupoint Nerve Stimulator(HANS) on the treatment of somnipathy in children with autism.Method:60 children with autism who came from the department of psychosomatic medicine,General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from 2011 to 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with HANS and comprehensive intervention measures and the control group was only treated with the same comprehensive intervention measures.Children’s sleep of Habits Questionnaire(CSHQ)and Parent Temperament Questionnaire(PTQ)were used in the two groups before and after the test.The treatment effect and CSHQ score before and after treatment of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.7%(26/30),it was significantly higher than 46.7%(14/30)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x2=10.800,P=0.001).The score of bedtime habit,sleep latency,sleep anxiety,night waking, parasomnias,sleep disordered breathing and CSHQ total score of the experimental group after treatment were significantly better than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The score of the duration of sleep and daytime sleepiness level of the control group after treatment were significantly better than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in various types of temperament efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:HANS is obviously effective in relieving the somnipathy in children with autism,not only can promote the improvement of the child itself condition,and can greatly improve the quality of life of children and parents,is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
