摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze how to reduce the omission rate of infusion card signature in the wards and specify the card’s signature process.Method:Through the transfusion card collection,the status of signature of the ward infusion cards was investigated and analyzed,identified major defects and influencing factors,took the appropriate corrective measures to optimize workflow of card signature and compared with the results before improvement.Result:Omission rate of signature of infusion cards had been reduced to 1%from 21%before the improvement.Conclusion:On the basis of the problem situation,find out the improvement focus,optimize workflow of infusion card signature,so as to improve the quality of care,reduce medical disputes,strengthen the awareness of laws.关键词
